2025 has already been an exciting and meaningful year at Nova Supports' Adult ABA Clinic. Located in American Fork, our clinic is a place where adults with autism receive high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a setting designed just for them.
Unlike many ABA programs that focus only on early childhood, our adult clinic is tailored specifically to the needs of older individuals. We are dedicated to supporting skill-building, social connection, and independence in a respectful, engaging environment.

A Look Into the Day-to-Day
Every day at the clinic is structured, purposeful, and full of opportunities to grow. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one-on-one with each client, using evidence-based strategies to support their unique goals. But we make sure those strategies are delivered in ways that are fun, meaningful, and age (and abilities)-appropriate.
Here’s a glimpse into what our days have looked like this year:
Art Projects: From painting and collage to simple DIY crafts, art gives our clients a way to express themselves and practice important fine motor, planning, and communication skills.

Games and Group Activities: Clients love playing card games, board games, and team-building activities that support turn-taking, flexible thinking, and appropriate social interaction. These moments often spark laughter and real connection between clients and staff.
Daily Living Skills: RBTs help clients work on practical, everyday tasks like making simple meals, sorting laundry, and practicing personal hygiene routines. These are critical skills for long-term independence.
Community Outings: Getting out into the community is one of the highlights of our week. Whether we’re going to a local park, grocery store, or community event, these outings help clients generalize their skills in real-world settings—and they’re a lot of fun.
Structured Teaching Time: Each day includes time set aside to work directly on individualized goals, from communication and vocational skills to behavior regulation and social skills.
Lunch & Social Skills: Lunch is more than just a meal—it’s a chance for group conversation and practicing social skills in a natural setting. We often group clients together for “lunch bunch” sessions with light facilitation from staff.
Why Having an Adult ABA Clinic in Utah Matters
At Nova’s Adult ABA Clinic, we believe that adults with autism deserve continued support and opportunities to grow. So often, adults with autism are overlooked in terms of services available to them. We saw this need and Our team has already seen incredible progress this year—from clients trying new foods, to initiating conversations, to showing greater confidence in public settings.

This clinic is more than just a place for ABA therapy. It’s a community, where they can make friends and grow in their confidence. Clients feel safe, supported, and seen. Families know their loved ones are in capable, caring hands. And our staff is deeply invested in making every day purposeful.
