Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for ABA Therapy
As a BCBA at Nova Supports, you’ll be responsible for
-
assessing clients
-
developing personalized behavior intervention plans
-
supervising RBTs to implement these plans
Our BCBAs work across various settings, including in-home therapy, clinic-based services, and community environments. This role requires strong leadership and creativity. It's important for our BCBAs to adapt to each client’s unique needs.

BCBAs in Training – Supporting Adults with Disabilities
If you’re a BCBA in training and passionate about helping adults with disabilities, we offer unique opportunities to gain experience in this specialized field. In the State of Utah, BCBAs in training are able to bill clinical hours under a supervising BCBA (under some circumstances). You’ll work alongside other BCBAs in training as well as experienced BCBAs to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to teens and adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals who need it most.
