We offer a range of positions designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, whether they are children, teenagers, or adults with autism. Here are some of the key roles Nova Supports often has need of:

​Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for ABA Therapy

 

As a BCBA at Nova Supports, you’ll be responsible for

  • assessing clients

  • developing personalized behavior intervention plans

  • supervising RBTs to implement these plans

Our BCBAs work across various settings, including in-home therapy, clinic-based services, and community environments. This role requires strong leadership and creativity. It's important for our BCBAs to adapt to each client’s unique needs.

BCBAs in Training – Supporting Adults with Disabilities

 

If you’re a BCBA in training and passionate about helping adults with disabilities, we offer unique opportunities to gain experience in this specialized field. In the State of Utah, BCBAs in training are able to bill clinical hours under a supervising BCBA (under some circumstances). You’ll work alongside other BCBAs in training as well as experienced BCBAs to develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to teens and adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals who need it most.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

 

RBT job opportunities arise  often. As an RBT at Nova Supports, you will work directly with clients to help them build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

 

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will:

  • implement behavior plans

  • work one-on-one with clients

  • take data

  • track client progress

RBTs are essential to Nova Supports, and the backbone of what we do. They are vital to the success of our clients' progress and their behavior plans.

​​RBT positions may be in-home or in the clinic, depending on location and availability.

Job Description for ABA Therapist

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Nova Supports, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients, helping them achieve their unique goals. Whether you're working with children or adults, your day will be filled with meaningful moments as you support individuals in developing skills, overcoming challenges, and building independence.

 

What You’ll Do Daily as an RBT:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Support clients in improving communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Collect and record accurate data to track progress and guide future treatment.

  • Provide compassionate care that fosters growth and confidence in clients.

  • Collaborate with families and the Nova Supports team to ensure high-quality therapy.

Flexible Scheduling

We understand that life can be busy, so we offer a variety of scheduling options for RBTs. We have both part-time and full-time RBT roles available. ​

Work with Kids or Adults

At Nova Supports, we serve clients of all ages and needs. Whether you're passionate about helping toddlers develop foundational skills or guiding adults to build independence, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of people with disabilities, of all ages.

No prior experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to become a skilled RBT. You will need to complete a 40-hour training module and pass an exam to receive your certification.
